Based in San Francisco, 40 Thieves is a DJ/production collective that was formed in 2006 by Layne Fox, Corey Black and Jay Williams aka jAswhO?. 40 Thieves also includes a constant revolving door of studio musicians, producers and friends who collaborate for various projects and sounds.
Past and present collaborators include Travis Kirschbaum aka TK Disko, Cavannah, Nina Lares, Dan Hastie, Andrew Cope and Qzen. Influences range from NYC Peechboys, to The OJ's and Johnny Dynell. 40 Thieves previous productions can be found on Smash Hit Music, Redux and Rong.
